1. Sales Officers

What we’re looking for:

  • sales professionals or telemarketers
  • telemarketing experience is an advantage but not necessary
  • fresh grads are welcome
  • a people person, i.e. outgoing, friendly, and helpful
  • persevering and doesn’t easily get discouraged
  • works hard and works smart at getting and following up leads

What you’ll be doing:

  • sell our conferences and training programs to companies via telemarketing
  • sell sponsorship packages to large corporations and SMEs in the following industries: information technology, telecommunications, financial services, real estate, and consumer goods

What you’ll get:

  • fixed monthly salary plus a very generous commission scheme!
  • sales materials, including sales letters, PowerPoint presentations, and quality sales leads!

2. Writers/Journalists

What we’re looking for:

  • writers/journalists/copywriters
  • with the skills and flexibility to write magazine articles, blog posts, press releases, and sales copy
  • has strong interest in business, marketing, HR, or digital marketing
  • fresh grads with a journalism/communications degrees are welcome

What you’ll be doing:

  • write articles, edit press releases, and conduct interviews for Marketing Magazine and Human Resources Magazine
  • send out our weekly e-newsletters or Marketing Magazine and Human Resources Magazine
  • write direct marketing copy about our conferences and training programs for our website, landing pages,  e-mail blasts, brochures, etc.
  • post regular updates on our social media accounts
  • live tweet what’s happening during our conferences and write post-event articles for our websites

What you’ll get:

3. Graphic/Web Designers

What we’re looking for:

  • graphic/web designers who have the skills and flexibility in designing posters, magazines, banner ads, social media images, marketing collaterals, and event collaterals

What you’ll be doing:

  • design and layout marketing collaterals like banner ads, PowerPoint decks, sales letters, posters, etc.
  • design and layout event collaterals such as stage backdrops, rollup banners, program guides, signages, etc.
  • update the websites for all our brands
  • create social media images for all our brands

What you’ll get:

  • a fixed salary per month (if full-time) or monthly retainer (if part-time or freelance)
